You no longer need to make a request for a website. Simply upload your site using any one of these methods:
- Dreamweaver: Dreamweaver Web Site Setup Guide
- Network file share:
- Windows: \\main\yourUsername\public_html\ (you must be on campus or connected using VPN)
- Mac: smb://smb.geneseo.edu/yourUsername/public_html/
- FTP: Connect to ftp.geneseo.edu and upload your files to inside your public_html folder.
Once you've done this you can access your site at http://www.geneseo.edu/~yourUsername. If you are creating a site for the first time make sure to name your main page "index.html" (Right-click, Save As - to download a sample index page).
